Our Fried Chicken

Why do customers continually say that Flagstop Fried Chicken is “the best I have ever eaten“?

Could it be because the chicken is marinated?

Or because we use a special coating prepared by the Broaster Company?

Or is it because it’s pressure fried in a special Broaster Fryer, which holds in the natural, marinated juices and flavor?

Or all of the above?

HINT: Call ahead for your fried chicken (830-981-4413), even if you are dining in, to be sure we will have your favorite pieces ready for you, fresh, hot and juicy!

I was tipped off to this restaurant a few years back by a true blue cowboy who swore by their biscuits and gravy. Now if a cowboy tells you that a place has good biscuits and gravy, then it is a spot worth driving a little ways to check out.

Yup, I like to eat at a gas station/convenience store/carwash/grill combo. And I really like to eat breakfast there on a weekend morning–along with about half of Fair Oaks, Texas.
